General Information
The hotel "I Portici Residenza d' Epoca" extra luxury, is situated in an historical building in the heart of the centre of Arezzo. Already existing in the XIV century, it was rebuilt at the beginning of the last century with arches placed upon tuscan columns which added a neo-fifteenth century feel to it. Called "complesso dei Portici" it is today a magnificent blend with the taste of the past times and the most modern comforts.
Furnished in tuscan style and antique family objects, each room is supplied with linen sheets, satin and Kashmir which differ in colour from the first and continue in the magnificent bathrooms with marble of the same tone, bath tubs and hydro massage showers. Other comforts like air conditioning, room bar, Internet connexion, piano bar, satellite TV, hall for meetings, complete the list. All of this is just a few steps away from the beautiful frescos of Piero della Francesca, a crucifix by Cimabue, Piazza Vasari and just a few kilometres from Cortona, Volterra, San Giminiano, Pienza.
