General Information
The Hotel Residence Toscana Verde stands in the heart of old Etruria.
Originally an old tobacco working factory when Tuscan cigars were made, surrounded by a 35.ooosq.m park full of carefully attended centuries old trees, and is discreetly integrated into the surrounding environment. The hotel stands inside a protected nature reserve, that of PONTE A BURIANO PENNA.
The area is in a strategic location close to major Tuscan art cities and nearby Umbria, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Spoleto, the splendid Casentino and Chianti valleys.
All the bedrooms feature air conditioning heating , mini bar, satellite TV, telephone and safe box. The excellent restaurant offers many traditional Tuscan dishes.
Throughout the year sauna , whirlpool bath. The complex also features 20 apartments, with use of kitchen . These can be rented according to the RESORT formula.
All the 20 apartments ( for 2/4/7 people) feature air conditioning heating , satellite TV, telephone and safe box.
The guests can enjoy the large swimming pool. Breakfast and dinner on request.
BY CAR - FROM FLORENCE: Motorway A1, exit Valdarno, direction Montevarchi, Levane LATERINA. TOSCANA VERDE.
FROM ROME: Motorway A1, exit Arezzo, follow direction to centre, exit at Ponte a Chiani, follow the signs Indicatore. Once you reach Ponticino turn right in the direction Laterina and follow the signs to TOSCANA VERDE.
BY TRAIN: Laterina Station, convenient connections from Arezzo and Florence

Our apartments and suites
Our apartments offers all amenietes and all comforts: comfortable kitchen corner, air conditionig/heating, satellite TV, telephone and safe box and are divided into three different typology:
One room-apartment: composed by one standard double sleeping/ sitting room, kitchen-corner, and a large bathroom.
Two rooms-apartment: composed by one standard double sleeping/sitting room, kitchen-corner and a large bathroom, a sliding door separates it by the other double room which has another large bathroom.
Suites: apartments of 65 mq, composed on the 1st floor by a big kitchen-corner, a very comfortable sitting-room, a bathroom and a nice sleeping- room; on the second floor a typical suggestive sleeping room and a bathroom complete the description of the internal part. Moreover a big solarium terrace offers the possibility of watching the wonderful view that surrounds the hotel.
Prices in Euro, inclusive of Buffet breakfast, air conditioning, 10% Tax. Prices are daily per room and include use of swiminng-pool and parking facilities
